SmartDoc is a digital platform for structured collection of complaints, patient diary data, and physician analytics support between visits. The platform does not establish diagnosis, prescribe treatment, or replace an in-person physician consultation.
All analytics outputs, charts, alerts, and recommendations are supportive informational tools only. Final clinical decisions, including diagnosis, diagnostic workup, therapy adjustment, and patient routing, are made by the treating physician based on clinical examination, history, test results, and applicable clinical protocols.
Patient data is processed using unique ID codes. Access is granted only to the authorized physician. Data transmission is performed over secure HTTPS/TLS.
